Dont you think that nurses and doctors who are not trained in mental health issues should atleast have some sort of ‘training course’ on te issue? maybe they do? I dont know, Im just trying to work something out in my head!

I have been taking Olanzapine (10mg at night) for two and a half years. I also take Fluoxetine. I had an appointment with my psychiatrist yesterday and she expressed a wish to take me off the drug even though it is helping me.

Question:
I am on the mood stabilizer called depakote and take 1000 mlg a day, it makes me sick when i drink and has made me put on lots of weight . Does nyone know how i cant counteract these side effects????
